Part of the Netscape CoolTalk or some video conferencing software. Provide a "whiteboard" which both party of the video conference can view and alter. Also add a menu, 'Whiteboard' in video conferencing software. This menu allows you to have setting like syncronize page, print whiteboard, capture region and desktop.
